Missed Appointment / Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

LATE ARRIVALS - Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a 100% charge of the reserved services.

NO SHOWS - Will be also charged 100% of the reserved services.
